Heather is the dreamer behind this little family business.
For years, my husband pushed me to pursue this passion, and for years, I denied the ability to run with this idea. I spent my childhood painting, drawing, redecorating, scheming, and designing anything I was allowed to! Since those early days, my husband and I have remodeled houses from the studs, fine tuned our skills, and of course, lived on a healthy dose of HGTV. Really who hasn’t. I finally mustered the courage to take a leap and start this business, but I was never alone. I’m a team girl and always have been. I run best with friends and family running beside me. Now here we are! I’m blown away by how far we’ve come in a few short years and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
Tricia Delk
CFO/Partner
Tricia is our organizer and head of finances.
She is smart, organized, and too good with numbers. She has more than 20 years of experience working as a bookkeeper and financial coordinator. She spent many years working in our namesake's commercial interior business. Tricia brings real-world, industry experience and anchoring to our team. She was the guinea pig for many years and allowed us to develop our creative skills in her home. On top of it all, Tricia is also Heather’s loving mama!
Emily Gilbert
Visualization/Assistant Designer
Emily is our 3D artist and assistant designer.
Since childhood, she has had a passion for design and an eye for the potential of a space. Emily has a health care degree from Kennesaw State and cares deeply for people’s well-being. She knows that in order to thrive, you have to have a sanctuary in which to recharge. Emily is driven to give our client’s the resources to visualize a beautiful and functional home that suits their individual needs. She loves spending time in the woods and with her wonderful husband, Blaze, adorable 2yr, Evander, and sweet puppy, Bruno.

In 1971, Carlton Edsel and his wife, Shirley, sparked generations of entrepreneurs by starting an interior contracting company called B&B. Fast forward a couple years and a few generations, we are taking our grandparents’ vision and giving it new light.
